Training Programs & Coaching

Endurance sport training and in particular running, is often a highly misunderstood concept when it comes to fitness. At Pinnacle Massage & Coaching we are focused on educating athletes on all aspects of what it takes to become a strong endurance athlete. Emphasis is placed on developing a large cardiovascular base using a periodized approach to help athletes recognize and reach their true potential, in turn helping promote longevity and reducing the chance of burnout and injury as well as fostering enjoyment in their training.

Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to take your training to the next level, or have a particular running goal in mind and are not quite sure where to start  or somebody who just enjoys being active and and wishes to educate themselves on the long term health benefits of aerobic fitness training, Pinnacle Sports Massage & Coaching can help you work and plan towards these goals through customized training plans or ongoing coaching though the Training Peaks platform. At Pinnacle we offer training plans, custom training plans and ongoing coaching for runners of all abilities. Upon enquiry of training, I will be in touch to find out a little more about your upcoming goals and lifestyle to help provide the most suitable and sustainable approach to help achieve these goals. All plans are tailored to fit in with your lifestyles and jobs to allow optimum recovery, avoid burnout and fatigue as well as continue to foster enjoyment throughout the process.

-Ongoing coaching through Training Peaks $55 per week

Training Plans

Training plans for a variety of distances, abilities and goals are available to purchase here. Please get in touch if you would like a customised option or would prefer ongoing coaching. 

- 12 Week Beginner Aerobic Base Building Plan 4x week

This plan is designed for those who have a general level of fitness or a background in being active but are starting their running journey and are looking for some routine and direction in building their aerobic base to help with their future running endeavors. Focusing on a holistic approach in which runners are encouraged to tune in and listen to their bodies through feel which helps build an awareness of the mind body connection and prevent fatigue and burnout through understanding, listening and responding accordingly to the body. Upon completing this program, runners should be well prepared to introduce more intensity to their training and potentially look to target races across a variety of distances or just simply continue building their cardiovascular fitness for general health and well-being. This program can be accompanied by strength training program for an overall health and well being regime.
